It was built by Bobby Greenwood who was born on October 27, 1938. He lived in Cookeville Tennessee for a while after he was born and later moved to Knoxville and North Texas. Bobby Greenwood of Tennessee was a 3-time NCAA All-American at the University of North Texas and later led his team to 3 consecutive Missouri Valley Conference Championships. He is an American Professional golfer, who won six Tennessee State Championship games and is known for so many other accomplishments in his life which are recorded in the Hall Of Fame. He had a great education and got scholarships to many colleges and the offering to play for golf, basketball, and tennis teams from all around. Golfing was his career and it truly made him happy. As he grew up he saw the potential for golf courses in different places. He felt led to build and design the courses for entertainment in small areas. Bobby helped small areas become more well known and many of the retired residents enjoyed the new activity of golfing in their area. For many years, Elite Gutters and Sunrooms has offered the area of Dorchester custom sunrooms and more.
